Rabah Value Advisors provide valuations for a myriad of reasons, all with a focus on what a particular client or client group will need.  The final work-product is tailored to each engagement, just like the analysis undertaken to arrive at a value. 

 

Buyers and sellers of businesses will need financial advice before and after the transaction and we enjoy helping others determine and understand the value of the business they are contemplating selling or buying. Buy-sell agreements are important and the drafting of those documents provides a great opportunity to help everyone understand the eventual valuation implications--better to understand ahead of time rather than at a triggering event.
